Leading the Charge for Recycling
Founded in 1997, Call2Recycle Canada, Inc. is a leading not-for-profit organization committed to battery collection and recycling across Canada. It operates provincially-approved programs, helping Canadians safely and responsibly recycle batteries through thousands of convenient drop-off locations.
Call2Recycle’s EV battery program supports a circular economy by collecting, transporting, and recycling end-of-life batteries from electric vehicles. It helps automakers and dismantlers meet regulatory obligations and manage EV battery waste safely. The program serves nearly all Canadian auto manufacturers, complementing existing programs for EV batteries under warranty, subject to recall, or slated for remanufacturing.
