Erlanger, Kentucky — June 29, 2011 — Registration is open for the 2011 Car-Part Customer Training Conference in Erlanger, KY. The event is open to all auto recyclers in Canada and the U.S. and will take place August 4-6.
Car-Part says there will more than 35 classes on its suite of products that will teach recyclers how to simply their jobs and avoid duplication of effort: from buying salvage through inventory management, warehouse management with Real Time Barcoding, internet sales, brokering, production, and business management reports.
As well, there will a class on using Car-Part data in Bidmate, which allows recyclers to buy what their customers want by leveraging Car-Part's 100 million part searches, says the company. Also featured is a class on using SmartVin on company websites to simplify customers' ability to buy the correct part without having to answer complex interchange questions.
There will also be roundtable so that recyclers can compare their metrics with other non-competing recyclers.
After the classes are wrapped for the day, there will be a riverboat cruise and dinner on the Ohio River.
