Recycler Relations: OARA announces vendor space for upcoming CCIF meeting in Toronto, 2025

Toronto, Ontario — The Ontario Automotive Recyclers Association (OARA) has announced that it has now booked vendor space at the upcoming Canadian Collision Industry Forum (CCIF) meeting in Toronto in March, 2025.

Co-executive Director Steve Fletcher commented that “the CCIF is one of the marque events bringing the entire collision repair ecosystem together, and we want auto recyclers to take a more active role in the CCIF.”

“Recycled parts usage is a big topic of many insurers as they try to reach their sustainability goals, and more recycled parts on estimates is one of the best ways for the auto claims group to meet those environmental commitments,” Fletcher further commented.

“I have been attending CCIFs since 2003 and have always found tremendous value. I want our new Executive Director Mathieu Dagonas to experience his first CCIF and introduce him to the many contacts I have made over the years.”

A number of OARA members, including Standard Auto Wreckers, Dom’s Auto Parts, Thorold Auto Solutions and Millers Auto Recycling will also be at CCIF and helping with the booth.

Fletcher concluded that “with the big OARA Convention and Trade Show the week following CCIF, this will be a great opportunity for insurers, repairers and suppliers to better understand the auto recycling eco-system and the professionalism within the sector they can benefit from.”
