As the chaos of the past several years finally begins to simmer down and business returns to some version of normalcy, Jack Poladian of Eagle Towing Equipment says he and his business are putting a priority on organization as they continue to contend with a supply chain that is only starting to get back on its feet. “It’s been nice to see things moving along and being able to find a little consistency in the world,” said Poladian.
He mentioned how operating under supply chain constraints actually made work busier over the last year, saying “there was more tracking and more work behind closed doors to make sure stuff is going to be where it needs to be. It just took a lot more planning ahead of time and a lot more prep. “Everything can change overnight. Shipping has changed, transportation has changed, product delivery and demand has changed.”
In spite of all this, Poladian says he is proud to be supplying the towing industry with what he considers to be the most robust and reliable equipment available.
“We’re always looking at ways of improving our equipment, which is tough because we already sell such fantastic pieces of equipment.” Strategizing work at Eagle Towing Equipment Finally, Poladian says Eagle Towing Equipment wouldn’t be anything like what it is today without his team, a relationship he refers to as being like “two good, running gears,” and his customers. “We’re always here to work with our customer, never against them,” he said.
