Calgary, Alberta — The Alberta Automotive Recyclers and Dismantlers Association (AARDA) will host its 2023 general meeting and convention on Sept. 15 and Sept. 16, the organization announced in a recent e-mail blast.
This year’s convention will be held at the Hotel Blackfoot in Calgary, Alta., and is set to be jam-packed with issues relevant to the industry—including insights on electric vehicles (EVs).
Steve Fletcher, managing director of the Automotive Recyclers of Canada (ARC), will serve as a guest speaker to discuss the ABCs of EVs; other guest speakers will include Melissa Sullivan, director of supplier services for PMR Inc. and Eric Grand-Maison, CAREC auditor for AARDA.
The event will be sponsored by PMR Inc., IAA Inc. and Car-Part.com.
