Niagara Falls, Ontario – Car-Part.com surprised the Ontario Automotive Recyclers Association (OARA) with a $10,000 donation during the OARA Convention and Trade Show at the end of March.
“We are incredibly honoured to receive this generous donation,” said Greg Woodbeck, chairman of OARA. “Car-Part’s support is highly appreciated. Their support and amplification of OARA’s CO2e Impact Study will never be forgotten. We are grateful to have them as an ongoing partner. This donation will go towards OARA’s continued research.”
Jeff Schroder, founding CEO of Car-Part.com, and Roger Shroeder, vice president of Car-Part.com, said they were more than happy to contribute to OARA’s mission.
“We also want to thank ARA, who has contributed on the U.S. side, to really get the CO2e savings up and running. We think it’s a great thing for the industry–it will help us all. It makes a difference, truly.”
