Truro, Nova Scotia — The Automotive Recyclers Association of Canada (ARAAC) is preparing to convene at the Best Western Glengarry in Truro, Nova Scotia for the 2025 ARAAC Meeting.
Scheduled for September 26–27, 2025, the two-day event promises a dynamic mix of board-level deliberations, industry showcases, insightful presentations, and hands-on learning experiences.
The gathering kicks off Friday evening—September 26—with a 5:00 pm board meeting, offering ARAAC leadership the opportunity to chart strategic direction for the year ahead.
Saturday, September 27, opens bright and early at 8:30 am with the official Tabletop Trade Show, where attendees can explore the latest innovations and services shaping automotive recycling. At 9:00 am, the Annual General Meeting will formally commence, followed by engaging morning presentations and panel discussions at 10:00 am.
As the morning wraps up, participants will break for lunch at noon, returning at 1:00 pm for a second round of afternoon presentations and panels, designed to provoke thought and spur collaboration.
The day will conclude with a standout highlight: yard tours and dinner from 4:00 pm at , where attendees can witness recycling operations firsthand and network in an informal, immersive setting.

The Alberta Automotive Recyclers & Dismantlers Association (AARDA) is also gathering at the Red Deer Resort & Casino in Red Deer, Alberta for its 2025 annual general meeting and Convention from September 26–27.
The event opens Friday evening with the Annual General Meeting at 5:30 pm, followed by a full Saturday program of presentations, panels and networking opportunities. Attendees will also enjoy time to connect informally throughout the day before the convention wraps up Saturday evening.
