An Andrade Announcement: Automotive Recyclers Association announces nomination for Tom Andrade to join the association’s Executive Committee

Toronto, Ontario — The Automotive Recyclers Association (ARA) has announced that Tom Andrade of Everett’s Auto Parts in Brocktown, Massachusetts, has been nominated to join the association’s Executive Committee.

Specifically, Andrade has been nominated to join the committee as a secretary for the 2024 to 2025 period.

Andrade is currently the controller and general manager of Everett’s, a family-owned business founded in 1951 by Everett Andrade and operated by Roy and Mark Andrade after Everett’s passing.

Tom Andrade is a third-generation automotive recycler and will be formally confirmed by the ARA Board of Directors and Membership during the ARA’s 81st annual convention and expo, taking place from October 23 to 26 in Reno, Nevada.

“Tom’s dedication to our industry is unparalleled,” said Shan Lathem, immediate past president and chair of ARA’s Nominating Committee. “His open-mindedness and progressive approach ensure that he will not only uphold our traditions but also drive innovation.
