Boucherville, Quebec — November 8, 2017 — As of January 1, 2018, all ARPAC members will start adding a 2% 3RV stake to every sales invoice for used car or truck parts.
This 2% 3RV Participation will replace, as of January 1, 2018, the $ 5 per invoice or 10% off of pieces costing less than $50, which started on June 1, 2017 for all ARPAC members.
This new rate of 2% was preferred to the $5 or 10% per invoice, following discussions with vehicle repair partners in Quebec, who expressed that 3RV participation would be easier to manage, administratively, if they only dealt with one percentage.
Please set up the 3RV Participation for all your used parts bills on or after January 1, 2018. This money is yours to continue investing in environmental protection.
More information will follow in the coming days to standardize the implementation of the 3RV Participation for all ARPAC members.
