London, Ontario — January 27, 2016 — Car Heaven has announced two new charities that will benefit from its fundraising efforts, the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation and Yellow Brick House. Car Heaven is the national charitable vehicle recycling program of the Automotive Recyclers of Canada (ARC). ARC member recyclers participate in the program by buying and properly processing the donated vehicles.

The BC Children’s Hospital Foundation aims to improve the lives of the children cared for by BC Children’s Hospital every day. The Foundation raises funds for BC Children’s Hospital, Sunny Hill Health Centre for Children, and the Child & Family Research Institute. The Foundation also works with Sunny Hill’s Board of Directors to manage the Sunny Hill Foundation for Children.
Yellow Brick House operates a 24 hour crisis line, two emergency shelter locations for women and children, and transitional housing for women in York Region, located in Ontario. They also provide counselling services for women and children, parenting support, art therapy for children, abuse prevention workshops for students and much more.
